Diamond H. Elderberry Farms joins community kitchen

KING CITY, Mo. - The Mosaic Life Care Foundation's Think Ahead Works community kitchen has a new renter this season.

Diamond H. Elderberry Farms LLC are commercial growers of Elderberries in the northwest Missouri region, and are using the kitchen to prepare juice, jellies, tea and honey to sell to the community.

Think Ahead Works Coordinator Abby Bonwell told KXCV/KRNW that this space is great for small, rural local businesses.
